Poetry in Motion Tarot Card Deck

Created for everyone, Poetry in Motion is a tarot and oracle deck combined into one, designed to be intuitive, comforting, and easy to use. It was created and written by Nancy with heart and soul.

There is no guidebook needed. Each card features a short poem that gently reveals the meaning of the card, allowing you to connect through feeling and intuition rather than memorization. The deck includes both upright and reversed meanings, along with planetary influences, astrology, elemental energy, and a clear yes or no answer—everything you need right on the card.

This deck was created because I wanted to learn tarot, but I struggled to remember traditional card meanings. Writing poetry helped the messages make sense to me in a natural way. Over the course of two years, and during a time when I was also caring for my mother before she passed away, working on the cards became a quiet, grounding, and meaningful practice.

I thoughtfully blended my own original artwork with simple line art, keeping the visuals clear, gentle, and focused on the message. Every part of this deck was created with the intention of making tarot easier to understand, easier to feel, and accessible to everyone from complete beginners to experienced readers.
